All foreigners who are living in Vietnam can get a China Tourist Visa if they can meet the requirements from the Consulate/ Embassy of China. CHINA TOURIST VISA AND ITS VALIDITY
- Tourist Visa (L)
- Issued to those who intend to go to China for touring and sightseeing
- The visa is valid for 3 months, single entry, duration of stay is up to 30 days
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR TOURIST VISA APPLYING IN VIETNAM
- Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and with at least 2 pieces of blank visa page;
- 3 passport photos in 4×6 cm size must be taken within the last 6 months (full face, bare head, clear and white background)
- A valid Vietnam Temporary Residence Card (TRC) or Vietnam business, working or tourist visa;
- Work Permit or Work Permit exemption certificate (if any)
- Hotel reservation (if any)
- Flight ticket booking (if any)
In case of applicants are under 18 years old, they need to submit additional documents:
- Birth certificate (in Vietnamese, English or Chinese);
- Marriage certificate of their parents (in Vietnamese, English or Chinese);
- If a child go with only mother or father, please provide an Authorization letter
- If a child go with other (for example: teacher,…), please provide a Power of attorney from the parents
